Refund Policy

International Tech Gate LLC stands behind the quality of our IT services. Because work begins immediately and is highly technical, the following policy applies:
Consultation & Audit Packages
Full refund (minus $99 processing fee) if cancelled within 24 hours and before work starts.
Monthly Retainer Services
- Cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice. Billed only for the final 30 days.
- If we fail to deliver agreed hours or deliverables for two consecutive months, request a pro-rated refund for those months.
One-Time / Hourly Projects
No refunds once work has started. We provide a preview/milestone approval on larger projects.
One free revision included; additional revisions at hourly rate.
Chargebacks
Any chargeback results in immediate suspension of services and legal recovery of fees plus costs.
All disputes governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
